Our flowers are cut fresh and delivered directly to you, often lasting 5-7 days or more with proper care. Each bouquet comes with flower food and care instructions to help extend the life of your blooms.
3. Do you offer subscription services?
Soon! Starting in 2025 you will be able to subscribe to regular flower deliveries—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—to enjoy fresh flowers year-round. Subscriptions can be customized to suit your needs and can be paused or canceled at any time.
4. Do you have any DIY flowers for purchase?
While most of our bouquets are expertly curated by our florists, some flowers, like our hydrangeas, offer a DIY experience. You can choose your preferred colors, and the flowers will be sent to you individually in a box, allowing you to style your bouquets however you like—or perhaps arrange them in various vases around your home.

Unlike traditional florists, we cut and ship flowers directly from the farm, eliminating the middleman. This ensures your flowers are fresher, last longer in the vase, and are often more affordable. Plus, our shipping cost is the same as a local delivery!

We offer next-day, 2-day, and 3-day delivery, depending on your location and the location of where the flowers you choose are grown. During checkout, you'll be able to see the delivery date of each item, to ensure you choose flowers that will arrive in time for your needs.
7. Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. However, delivery times may vary based on your location.
8. What if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
We guarantee the quality of our flowers. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not up to your satisfaction, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving them for a replacement or refund.
9. How can I track my flower delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and ensure their timely arrival.
10. Do you offer same-day delivery?
While we don't offer same-day delivery due to our direct-from-farm process, you can select next-day delivery or choose a specific delivery date at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
11. Can I send flowers as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and you can also include a personalized note with your bouquet. Gift packaging options may be available for certain arrangements.
12. How should I care for my flowers after they arrive?
Each bouquet comes with detailed care instructions and a packet of flower food. Generally, you'll need to trim the stems at an angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, and refresh the water and flower food every 2-3 days.
